Capital Architects is proud to present its Rucker House project. This 101 year old home was completely rebuilt to match the historical home. A three story addition added to the back, copied the details of the front of the home. The roof lines on the addition complement the existing roof lines. The addition is non detectable and looks like it was always there. Forecast roofing provided the excellent products and service to tie the entire home together!

...It was the winter storm of '06 when the roof to my house was blown away down to the plywood. There was roughly around 500 sq ft exposed to the winter cold. I called at least ten different roofers in the area and not one was able to even return a call, and I called all the major players in the roofing industry in the Woodinville area.
A call to Greg was the last call I had to make. He was actually referred to me by a general contractor that I've used in the past. I explained my situation to him and he told me he understood the critical nature of my problem and would have a crew to my house later that day.
Greg and his crew were able to make my roof look like new in two days...

Six months ago, we had a very pushy, aggressive salesperson from another (very well known) local company insist that we needed to entirely replace our roof. This sent up a red flag with me, as his behavior made me very uncomfortable. I'm glad we waited and got a second opinion; I will gladly give my business to a company that is honest and doesn't try to sell us something we don't need.
