Meet the Staff

Greg Gorsuch
Owner

Greg started roofing in 1978 and became a roofing contractor in 1984 during the building boom of the 80's. By 1987 he was acknowledged by the GAF Corporation as the largest single applicator of composition shingles that year in the United States—roofing over 2700 homes/units that year alone. With Forecast Roofing, however, Greg maintains a smaller more controllable work load providing quality roofs for homeowners and custom builders.

He is a graduate of Wheaton College in Chicago where he met his wife, Cheryl, of 33 years. They currently live in Edmonds and have two adult daughters, the oldest is a graduate of WSU and recently married, the youngest just graduated from UW—"cha-ching." When not working with Forecast, Greg is either writing, working with his favorite non-profit or enjoying life with friends, family and their two West Highland Terriers, Fidra and MacDougall.

Morgan Zehrung
Office Management (Owner)

Morgan grew up in a construction family in the Seattle area and worked for a time in the lumber industry. After attending Edmonds Community College he signed on with Forecast Roofing, becoming Office Manager. His creativity, focus and passion for building and maintaining a company that completely satisfies the needs of our customers has become a valuable asset guiding Forecast Roofing to becoming one of the area’s most dependable roofing contractors.

Also, growing up in a family of musicians Morgan is an accomplished guitarist playing with various bands throughout the Seattle area. He currently resides in Mill Creek.

Ryan Lindeman
Business Information Systems Manager

Ryan, like Greg & Morgan, grew up in a construction family. With a degree in Business Information Systems (cum laude) from WSU, Ryan has brought Forecast Roofing into the digital age by automating our estimating system. His systems engineering skills have given Forecast an estimating accuracy that translates into unparalleled efficiency and value that is passed on to our customers. His business savvy and information systems expertise, have helped stream-line our operations and allow us to focus on what's most important – our customers!

Ryan and his wife, Erin, live in Kirkland. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, family and their pug, Stanford.

Elias Ka'uhane
Estimator/Sales Representative

After graduating from Kapi'olani Community College in Hawaii and a stint in the Navy, Elias and his wife, Lisa, fell in love with Seattle. Elias is a team player capable of handling many of our duties, but his intrinsic enjoyment of people make him a natural for working directly with the needs of our customers.

Elias lives with his wife and nephew in Richman Beach. He is also a professional musician and vocalist performing around the Seattle area. You will occasionally find him sneaking off to the Washington coast to surf.

Stanford
Accounts Receivable

Stanford’s first defining moment was being slipped into his first Washington State football game as a puppy under the cover of a winter coat. When students learned of his name during the game with ‘Stanford’ University he was promptly renamed “Beastmaster.” Stan became one of the more popular ‘campus’ dogs of WSU. During the Washington State Pug Gala held at Sandpoint, Seattle he also won the honor of ‘Fastest Pug’ in Washington. “Alas, you can run, but you cannot hide!”
